At 7pm on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at the McKownville Firehouse at 1250 Western Avenue, the McKownville Fire District will host the first of two public information meetings about the proposed new firehouse.
More information about the new building project will be collected and posted to mckfd.org/building.
It is our goal to be as open and transparent as possible, and we hope you can join us for the meeting on the 25th.
The McKownville Fire District will hold its annual Budget Hearing Tuesday, October 17th 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the firehouse at 1250 Western Avenue.

Despite the lousy weather, were able to clean up hundreds of pounds of garbage from the streets, shoulders and sidewalks of McKownville.
A special meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners will take place at 6:45 pm, May 9th, 2023 at the Firehouse, 1250 Western Avenue.
Longtime McKownville Fire Department member Dennis Mason will be participating in a charity ride with the Red Knights in support of first responders on the 23rd America’s 9/11 ride this August 17-20, 2023. The Red Knights is an all-firefighter motorcycle club.
The 9/11 ride is the largest police-escorted motorcycle ride from Shanksville, PA, to the Pentagon, then ending at the World Trade Center in New York City.
